"Girona is a beautiful city for a short break.the flat was central which made it easy to explore the city"

Hard to access the balcony as the beds were in the way and unfortunately no shade (umbrella, etc) when we did get out there.

Spacious bright apartment on 4th floor overlooking Plaça Catalunya Good air conditioning in every room Quiet with decent sound proofing Good location for exploring the Old Town Lift from 1st floor up Great multi-lingual staff at Flatelli always on hand to help with luggage storage or taxis or any issues.

Very weak water pressure in the shower, so it took a long time for hair washing.

Location was great and staff were very attentive and responsive when needed.

AC spewed out black stuff when turned on and used it. Cleaners were prompt to understand the issue. We were told the filters would be replaced, but they were not. The 2 beds in one of the rooms were like a taco - very saggy or possibly broken?
