Brilliant location, easy to walk everywhere. Good spacious apartment, lovely deck out the back, beds were comfortable.

The shower was very low pressure and the fitting was a bit flimsy.

Location

Mattresses have seen better days (dips in the middle), various things needed fixing or would break (tap, toilet flush, sink plug). Dining table chairs a bit untrustworthy (signs of previous glue repairs), a sharp screw end sticking out of a cupboard door. The sofa was seriously saggy and uncomfortable. ALL the curtains in the apartment were partly hanging off/not hooked up properly or missing the voile set = shabby look and not so useful either (lacking a set of step ladders meant I couldn’t fix them myself). Lack of shelves and hooks in the bathroom and no shelf or basket in the shower for soap or anything. I couldn’t make a comment about staff as we saw no-one at all. We were left a small starter pack of cleaning cloth and a minuscule amount of detergent but not enough for our stay and who wants to go out and buy washing up liquid on holiday. I had to buy bin liners as we found out (once arrived) that it was down to us to remove all our rubbish!

Excellent location, spacious, great view and surprisingly quiet considering how central it is.

It is supposed to sleep 6 so some attention needs to be paid to furnishing it appropriately eg with enough chairs inside and out on the Terrace. Also some minor repairs are required A few small improvements - eg more hooks for hanging towels, another bedside table in the second bedroom with reading light - would make it much more comfortable.

Beds were comfortable

Minimal cooking flatware. No paper products (paper towels, napkins), no hand soap, only enough dish soap for one load, only one hand towel, no wash clothes for bath or kitchen. No control over heat/air. Beware of this property if traveling via train. Taxi will not pick up from this location - said it’s too close. 10 minute walk to station in the rain…not fun.

Very close to the Girona city center. Quite large and comfortable.

Elevator only starts from first floor, so from ground floor to elevator is stairs (with stairlift for people); luggage needs to be carried up. Floor, door posts, etc show signs of water damage

This was an excellent property with a perfect location. It was very comfortable for us and the apartment was well appointed with all the essentials for cooking. It was great to have two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The terrace is at the back of the property but we never used it because we explored the town each day. There is a nice, large elevator, which I wanted to point out because some people complained in previous reviews about having to walk up the first flight of stairs to get to the elevator. With a basic set of luggage, this was not a problem. The location is incredible. It is easy to walk to the old quarter, city wall, and the river. The views from the living room are wonderful And, there are tons of shops, mini markets and restaurants nearby. They did provide a large bottle of water and some basic cleaning supplies, which was great, and having A/C was amazing as it was quite warm when were in Girona.

They offered a few coffee pods, but all were decaf, which was a bit frustrating but no big deal. The only real issue was they said there was a garage nearby, which has since closed to overnight visitors. We were able to use a close garage, but it is 30 euros per night. Considering the location, the cost is sensible, but a bit expensive.

Once again lovely apartment. Great location. Lovely surprise to fi d a lift on 1st floor to 4th. Save our legs.
