Wonderful host, everything was as promised and more. Great location, secure and close to shops etc. Clean and everything you could wish for. We will make plans to stay here again for sure.

I wish we could have stayed for longer but we have already decided that next time we will adjust our plans so that we will stay at the beginning and end of our annual trip to Kruger.

It is a stunning unit well planned and the perfect place for a weekend away from home. When it comes to the unit you get for your money, it is excellent value for money. There is a smart tv in the lounge area and this is good for visitors who want to stay in to relax and watch movies on a cold winters evening, this is one thing that would make me want to use the unit again.

Hoedspruit has problems with water supply from time to time. On Saturday there seems to be a problem again. This caused the units water pressure pump to get damaged, therefore the pump was turned off by a delegated person from the lodge. The water pressure from the cold water taps still had a sufficient flow but the hot water pressure was poor. The second problem was that the hot water temperature was between cold and slightly warm while our visit was in the winter months. I checked the trip switch for the geyser, and it was on. I will rather pay more money if they want to save money on electricity or pay for the electricity I use while in the unit than not having warm water in my unit. The couch in the lounge area is not suitable for sitting on and uncomfortable, this I would suggest they replace or redo it by firming it up.

Location

Unit is tired, toilet is loose, leather couch in lounge is worn out. Screen fencing of outside shower hardly serves its purpose, it is see through from close up, and a distance. Basin tap mixer is loose

Great location - close to town. The unit is private, very neat and spacious. Loved the veranda.
