Excellent location. Good size. Especially liked the extras such as washing up liquid, washing tablets, soap, bin bags, foil etc save you having to take own/buy.

Beds were too hard for me, however hubby was fine so depends on preference.

A beautiful and comfortable holiday home with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The house is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. and is a great base for driving to other beaches and attractions. The beds are very comfortable and there is space for a large family. The shower is great! We loved sitting in the sunshine outside to have our breakfast, not overlooked at all. We would definitely stay here again.

The downstairs bathroom was a bit of a trek in the middle of the night, especially for my elderly father. We realise that this is due to the style of the property and it wasn’t too much of an issue and didn’t affect our stay. The top 3-4 steps on the staircase were a little difficult to see and navigate, especially at night with the light on. Maybe a darker line of paint on the edge of these steps would make stepping on them easier.

Staircase slippery, back door to garden very difficult to close/lock, no ignition on gas cooker, smell of damp when opening kitchen cupboard doors,

Very spacious with a secure garden.

Nothing really apart from maybe needing a hair dryer but that’s a very small detail

Very nice house and perfect location

The location was excellent in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need is there and very good quality. Lovely enclosed garden with new BBQ and picnic bench. Property has recently been refurbished and very tasteful. We enjoyed Hunstanton itself and the fish and chips, lovely little shops, ice cream and roof top bars overlooking the sea.

Not really a negative, just an observation that the sofas could do with some cushions which I am sure the owner will add for next tenants as he very accommodating. We had an issue with electric which owner also resolved by buying a brand new fridge freezer. He was very concerned for our safety and went above and beyond to sort the issue out.

It was dirty-grease on fridge doors and cooker/cobwebs around the house/cobwebs on outside windows along with bird poo/dead bird in garden so unable to sit out!/ neighbours cats coming into house when door left open/no hangers in wardrobes/ sofas most uncomfortable/hot water tap leaking in bathrooms/tv didn’t work to start with/no internet for 2 days not connecting/musty smell around house/outside bin full and smelt very bad with flys around it/ not ideal if you have kids or older people who need the loo several times in the night as loo downstairs/hot water tap in bathroom leaking
