Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Im Haus ist ein sehr gutes und auch preisgünstiges Lokal (Este Bar). An der nächsten Ecke ist eine herrliche typisch italienische Bar. Dort haben wir unser Frühstück geholt. Auch eine Bäckerei ist gleich gegenüber. Der Zutritt zum Apartment war perfekt organisiert und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ernesto hat auf alle Anfragen sehr rasch reagiert und war ein guter Gastgeber. Es waren ausreichend Nespresso Kaffeetabs vorhanden.

Im Apartment war anfangs recht kalt. Ernesto hat uns erklärt, wie wir mit der Klimaanlage heizen können. Das hat dann gut funktioniert. Das Apartment hat Fenster, die ausschließlich in den Innenhof gehen. Daher ist es etwas düster. Im Hochsommer mag das wiederum ein Vorteil sein.

Posizione centralissima. Appartamento spazioso. Arredamento gradevole e nuovo.

L'appartamento ha soffitti molto alti. Il riscaldamento andrebbe potenziato.

L'appartamento molto bello e arredato con gusto, molti oggetti di design e la cura con cui è stata ristrutturata ti fanno percepire l'abitazione con un valore superiore. La casa l'abbiamo utilizzata in 4 ed è molto comoda avendo le due camere il proprio bagno in camera.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the main bedroom and bathroom, but this was really a minor inconvenience
