All'arrivo l'ambiente era freddo. Nelle camere c'erano 16°. Non funzionava la caldaia e non c'era l'acqua calda. Il proprietario alla fine ci ha cambiato alloggio. Alle 22.00 di sera non è il massimo!!!

"Perfect place for 2 couples or a family"

Location is great. Apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Ernesto was really kind and helpful. Breakfast coupon is great: you can use it in really nice cafés. Also we received temporary permit to enter the restricted zone so we could easily unload and load our luggages!

Everything was OK. This is personal preference, not a problem: for us the beds were a bit low. The location of the light switch for the bathroom was a bit unusual (outside our room) - maybe we didn't find the other one :)

"Ferrara meravigliosa"

Due coppie di amici quindi perfetta la struttura, due camere letto con due bagni, pulito ed elegante.

Soffitti molto alti perché Palazzo d'epoca, quindi un po freddo la sera e i riscaldamenti hanno faticato a riscaldare ma, abbiamo dormito tranquillamente.

Ernesto was great. So helpful every step of the way. Superb local knowledge. Recommended local café had delightful views of main square and pastries top notch. The apartment was better than the photos. Best wishes for your wedding.

"Modern apartment within walking distance of all the sights."

Large apartment with modern furniture and facilities convenient for exploring Ferrarra. Great espresso coffee machine and well-equipped kitchen although we had to buy a corkscrew which had disappeared. We only stayed for a Friday night and it was fine for us but it would be great value for two couples as each bedroom has an en suite. While the flat is not particularly bright, it's restful to have more subdued light which the sun is so strong outside. There's a restaurant on the doorstep and a Co op around the corner.. A rather charming touch were tokens for a choice of cafes in which to have a free coffee and pastry. Ferrara was a gem, full of wonderful galleries and a buzzing restaurant scene at night.

Neighbours being noisy late at night but we managed to sleep well despite the sound of sporadic drumming.
