All rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent and mountain view once you step out from the house.

Washrooms abit worn out.

The view of the mountain,surrounded by farm.The environment is very peaceful and quiet.Clean.Only few minutes to town and restaurants .

Very clean and spacious house with complete amenities. Located in the centre of kundasang. Very nice host. Would repeat if I have the chance again.

The roads are a bit challenging. More suitable for SUV or 4 wheel drive. Would be nice if there is TV since going out at night might not be a good idea.

Amenities provided. Nice bbq area and tools. Hot water for shower is strong. It is like a home.. Host is friendly, cleaner is friendly too.. The unit is near to grocery (3 minutes drive) for in case we need something urgently.. Marvelous view on Mt KK in the morning.

Too many flies. Need to have a way to get rid of them.. The balcony is a bit too warm in the afternoon, as the sunlight will be on it the whole 5 hours..

Perfect view and scenery. Just right when you opened the front door you will be able to see Mt Kinabalu in all it's glory! Beautiful sight! Very quiet and peaceful area.

Location is super difficult to locate after sundown as it was so dark and the signboard could not be seen from the main road. We had trouble finding the area as we are not familiar with the city. Preferably do not use a large vehicle. We actually used a 9 seater mpv to enter and it was stressful everytime. Did not have any television or radio in the house.
