The view of the property was magnificent, especially in the morning when the sky is clear. The house was spacious and clean.

No clear direction to the property (especially dangerous to drive at night), no A/C (afternoon can be quite hot and stuffy but cooling at night. For the price we were paying, believe the facilities could be improved, such as having wifi, and TV.

Very spacious... Proper bbq pit... Spectacular view of mount kinabalu... The owner is very friendly and responsible... A comfortable bed, all the rooms have its own toilet and water heater.... Locations are slightly far from the main road but it's good just to stay and heal..very clean

During our stay the village chief decided to do road maintenance... Which is the only road to get from the main road to the house.. we were instructed to leave early in the morning because the road will be closed till pas check out time...after negotiations they allow us to get back to the house right before check out time... The owner takes full responsibility.. initially agrees to return half of the total payment if we need to leave early in the morning

The lodge was really clean. The scenery is nice. The house is big suitable for a family vacation. The host is really nice during assisting us.

All the bathroom has a really unbearable bad smell, which we not sure where is the source of the smell. Facilities such as iron/washing machines and television were not provided despite the expensive price.
