Luxe Apartment - Rowley Regis - Parking 49BG

The flat set up was very smart with a kitchen/eating area on the ground floor and the rest on the first floor. So the kitchen was a cooler place. Everything was clean and working. I liked the spacious shower room. The photos are accurate. There was tea and coffee. The street parking was easy, right next to the house.

The weekend was unusually hot, and while we were aware of the weather forecast, a fan in the living area or bedroom would have been greatly appreciated. Regarding the toiletries, there was only a small soap and conditioner available, which was less than expected. Additionally, providing some basic kitchen staples like salt and pepper would be a nice touch. I encountered an issue with the online deposit process. Although I had already provided my passport and signed agreement, and the payment was made through Booking, I felt the management team's response could be more cooperative. While the issue was eventually resolved, I believe the process could be made easier. Lastly, I found that the contact phone number and address listed on Booking were incorrect, which could also confuse future guests.

-Nicely done in interior. Nice place , alternative to being couped up in a hotel. Does what it says on the tin. Simple but nice. Bathroom nice. Bedroom nice. All good no complaints.

Had everything I needed, it was clean, great facilities.

Sofa was very uncomfortable and low down compared to TV and desk available.
