No.3 The Old Coach House

Beautifully furnished, spacious and very comfortable. The cottage is situated in a very pictureque village.

The heating was remote controlled by the owners but, to be fair, when I wanted it on earlier I text them and they did put it on.

Beautifully refurbished and furnished apartment with plenty of space and the village café just opposite, with two pubs in walking distance. Very kind and responsive host!

Parking was problematic for two 76 year olds. Unable to adjust the temperature of the shower, it was really really hot. Central heating could have been on longer, timings were changed after speaking to Kacie. Apart from the above the property is tastefully decorated and very well presented in an ideal location.

Beautiful property with beautiful interior. There was everything you need. A bit of a home from! Central for lots of the little villages.

The shower cubicle entrance is good for the smaller figure, but for a fuller figure it was a squeeze. There isn’t anywhere on the “about the property” that says it’s on a cemetery. As I was there alone I ended up not staying the second night due to this. It made me a little anxious, so went home.

It's a beautifully presented property and close to shop and cafe. Clean and comfortable and well equipped with a lovely touch of a gift of shortbread..

This is just my personal opinion and is not meant to influence..I guess I was naieve not thinking b4 hand knowing its in church yard but I wasn't prepared for the clock chiming out every hour and on the half...but would be tolerable except for the hour plus bell ringing practice on Thurs.night that didn't stop til after 9pm and had to have t.v. on volume 25 to hear it. Also the bin collection and delivery lorries and metal trolleys noise for shop and cafe starting b4 8a.m immediately outside bedroom. Having stayed in blockley twice b4 and finding it incredibly peaceful it was a shock but my error for not thinking of these things....I also couldn't reach the strings on the blinds in lounge without climbing not ideal at 72yrs. It also has little natural light due to the trees so needed lights on all time and too cold for my comfort.. I'm sure for younger people none of these things would be a negative and it is the most stunning interior. The village is beautuful. The cafe incredible food and friendly staff so I'll def be back to blockley.

I loved pretty much everything about the coach house, was a beautiful place to stay, I was glad to find coffee available on arrival along with a pack of biscuits.

Not a massive issue but the toilet door opens if not latched properly leaving it to bang on the other door but apart from that all was amazing. Will definitely be back.

We loved the location and area

We felt that the cleanliness could’ve been better and to a higher standard. It was clean to the eye but when you moved objects it didn’t feel as clean.

So detailed with decor,had everything you needed! Was in such a lovely and convenient area with a little corner shop,and 3 walking distance restaurants! Was super cosy everyone around was super friendly and felt very safe! Everything worked perfectly,couldn’t have been happier with our stay :)

The smell of damp

Spacious and spotless.in a prime position.fantastic. we will be back.
