Hotel was clean and tidy with friendly staff who were all professional in there jobs making it a wonderful stay.. Location close to Sapa town centre Great view from balcony There was a slight mix up in payment when checking out .which was corrected very quickly l was impressed how it was done.

The breakfast was poor, there was no hot water for the shower, and the room smelled of humidity throughout the hotel

Pleasant room with good dimensions.

It was the worst breakfast I have ever had. Advertising that breakfast is available is misleading. All that was available was a piece of bread with margarine and no butter. I noticed that many guests left the breakfast area as soon as they arrived, which is what happened to my whole family. HORRIBLE!

The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view was amazing. I found this hotel through a YouTube video, and even though it might be a little old, the comfort made it worthwhile.

Like many travelers, I arrived in Sapa very early in the morning, exhausted and groggy after taking a sleeping pill to be able to sleep on the bus. The male front desk clerk asked if I wanted to check in early and charged me 300,000 Dong, which was half the price I had paid for the room. Paying this amount made me think breakfast was included, but it wasn’t, he later came to the dining room and asked me to leave. He also tried to charge me an extra 11% fee for paying with a credit card. Fortunately, on the day I checked out, a different woman at the front desk was honest and only charged the usual 3% fee, which is common in many places. Be careful!!! Many people seem to try to scam tourists in Sapa.

Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. A vista é linda e a localização é muito boa.

Durante nossa estadia, as camas foram arrumadas, mas não houve nenhuma limpeza ou organização do banheiro. Não houve troca de louça suja e nem reposição de papel higiênico. O café da manhã foi um dos piores de nossa estadia do Vietnã. A comida e o café estavam frios, o suco aguado e o salão sujo. A impressão que se tinha é a de que estávamos comendo restos.
