The room was cold we sleep with our jackets. There was rat at the lobby, room wasn’t clean enough not only room hotel was always cold. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

our room was very big, bed was comfortable and most of all the staff were really very helpful. Ourr TV was not working and immediately Thai replaced it. He also put my meds in a colder storage as required. Tam was very helpful booking our tours and laundry. She even put me in a taxi for free to a nail salon to fix my broken nail. She is so sweet and tries very hard to learn English. The hotel was also almost in the town plaza, so it is easy to walk everywhere.
