The room was very spacious and super clean, with a mountain view and we could see part of the Sun Plaza building from our balcony. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from everywhere. The hotel's area is on a slight hill, so going to the city center involves going down a slope or stairs, and coming back is uphill, something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues. The staff were very very polite and helpful, on the first night the air conditioning wasn’t heating well, but they fixed it immediately and also brought us an electric heater.

As for breakfast, unfortunately it was the worst part of our stay, we ended up having breakfast at other nearby restaurants with mountain views. Surprisingly, this seems to be a common complaint in older reviews, so I’m puzzled why they haven’t improved it yet, especially since it’s the only major downside of the hotel.
