The hotel is in a great location, The staff doesn't speak English, but they communicate with an app, which is fine for us. There is hot water without a fee. There is a spa in the hotel lobby with the cheapest prices in Sapa. In addition, the cheapest scooter rental in Sapa

רעש בלתי נסבל בצורה חריגה, גם מצד הצוות וגם מהרחוב והשיפוצים והכי גרוע שאם לא תקומו עד תשע כנראה שהחדרנית פשוט תיכנס לכם לחדר בזמן שאתם ישנים

Property is clean, centrally located so it’s close to all the main attractions in Sapa. The staff are exceptional, they even sent our laundry for just small fees.

Thr location is walking distance to the sun plaza, other stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

The heater in the bathroom came off. There is a leak in the bathroom sink.
