"Very comfortable and nice hosts, only 11 mins from Whitby too."

Only had 1 breakfast whilst there but this was well worth the wait, exceptional, not normally had a cooked breakfast but this was well worth it.

"Beechlands b & b Lovely place just too far away from Whitby..you need a car ."

Ann was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was delicious . Room was clean .

The beechlands is not near Whitby. The buses stop at 6.45 every night. Sunday there are no buses to Whitby. The trains are every 2 hours from Whitby after 6pm..I was having to pay for taxis all the time to get back to b & b .

"Amazing"

Stayed with Anne and Paul for 3 nights and was made to feel so welcome, the house was spotless and warm and inviting. I have additional needs due to health and nothing was too much trouble for Anne.
