Perfect suite #2

WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT.

EVERYTHING WENT HORRIBLE, THE PLACE DOESN'T EVEN LOOK SAFE TO START OFF WITH. AROUND 4 AM THE POWER WENT OUT OR SOMETHING HAPPENED FOR THE ROOM WE STAYED IN AND THE A/C NEVER CAME BACK ON. THE MICROWAVE AND TV KEEP TURNING ON AND OFF SO WE ENDED UP UNPLUGGING EVERYTHING . THE BEDS WERE ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE AND SO WERE THE PILLOWS. WE GOT INTO THE ROOM AROUND 3 AM DUE TO A DELAYED FLIGHT AND BY 0600 AM WE WERE GONE TRYING TO FIND A NEW PLACE DUE TO HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS. WHEN WE REACHED OUT THE OWNER THEY DID NOTHING EVEN IF WE HAD VIDEO PROOF EVERYTHING OH AND EVEN THE SHOWER BARLEY HAD ANY PRESSURE TO TAKE A SHOWER. WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT

It was a very sketchy area, we didn’t feel safe. You can hear everything through the walls from outside.

It was cosy, very clean and well equipped. Overall enjoyed our stay. Ideal for a short stay

The neighborhood was full of roosters, airplanes passing right over our heads and noisy neighbors and guests. But it seems to be cultural puerto rican thing. All sounds must be super loud.

We just had to stay one night after our late night arrival. For this purpose it is great, close to the airport. But for longer stay, the location has nothing to offer.

Easy parking and good location

Cockroach and no spray No light in the room, it was impossible to read a book in the night. Shower sink was broken too

inside was fine, as advertised with two beds, kitchenette with good fridge, sink, gas cooktop and microwave. a few non perishable items / condiments likely from prior guests were available. There was a coffeemaker, coffee and sugar as well as two individual bottles of local wine (kinda sweet). Some cooking utensils, pan and pot.

Neighborhood has a feel of not being the safest, although there were no people outside that I saw, just two dogs. Parking could be scarce since many spots on either side of the road are gated driveways or garages for other residences that you can't block of course. Roosters sounding much of the night, but that is to be expected.

Communication with Isaac. Clear instructions and he let us check in earlier. Place was spotless. Clean sheets, towels and kitchen tools. A/C in the room ,TV, wifi and hot water without problems. In 8 mins by cab you are on the beach and in 15 at the airport (International). We stayed just for a night but would stay again. The area seemed safe to me, full of local and dominican restaurants (cheap). I would go without any prejudices. It was a safe space with kind people.

The water from A/C was dropping on the floor right next to the plugs. They need to fix it. If not, someone may get hurt. The water was leaking very much. Definitely bring earpads since the airplanes are passing above. However, for short stay, it is just fine as most airplanes were passing in the evening. At night, we did not hear any.
