Clean very spacious very well organized definitely much larger than I expected

The neighborhood is a little bit shabby

The owners were kind and helped us make the payment.

If you like a room with hair on the floor and ants in the room this is for you. If you like being woken by airplanes taking off repeatedly throughout the night this is a great choice. If you like showers with no hot water you're gonna love this place. If you prefer beds without a top sheet so that you have to sleep under the same comforter as god-knows-how-many people you'll be delighted. If you like hearing EVERYONE and everything happening outside your door pick this place. Enjoy roosters crowing repeatedly, dogs barking and fighting? Book here. Like getting hardly any sleep and being miserably uncomfortable? This place is for you. If you like driving to the sketchiest part of town in the darkest of night you're in for a treat. I am shocked that so many reviews said this place was "clean." We depend on honest reviews in order to book places in which we can feel comfortable. I don't want anyone to have to endure what we did here. I can't believe they changed us $78.48 for this horrible place.

Very clean and spacious! The outside deck and table were very nice! Had great internet service and the kids loved the Netflix! Close too restaurants and the beach! Just as described! Gabe was an amazing host, even gave us other options to do while we stayed there, definitely coming back and recommending to others!!!!

The price wasn’t bad! Had nice fridge but turned off, microwave chirped all night, AC did not blow cold air all night,

Electricity flickered on and off the first day and the second day it turned off, AC had power but did not blow cold air, only blew warm air to say the least. He must not have a circuit breaker big enough for all units, as Isaac says he fixed, but woke up in sweat again, as the AC is not blowing cold air. The fridge turned off of course. Microwave chirped all night, had to unplug myself after having to move fridge myself, TV turned on by itself at all hours, had to unplug that also. No lights in bathroom because of outage and no hot water with or without electricity. Towels not provided for all party, Isaac dropped off 2 more the next day. Tried to give this place another chance but not worth it. Parking is a joke, there is none, you have to squeeze in on the left side of the street, no room for u-turn, so you might have to back up in reverse. The terrace has no furniture so you just have to stand there. At least put some chairs so you could enjoy the sunset or evening. Table in room falling out or hanging at an angle. Beds were not the most comfortable but OK after a long day out. Could’ve used more pillows, the pillows in room flattened out, had to fold in half to get any comfort. We could not take shower before we left as no power!

it is very close to the airport and we heard planes flying directly overhead constantly which was quite loud.

Great host. Great space. Clean.

The neigjborhood was working class . Not fance at all. And parking outside was limited.
