Perfect suite #2

I couldn't even stay. I never found the house number. I called twice and they didn't answer me. We were a baby at 9:00 pm looking for another place to stay because of the irresponsibility of this person. The neighborhood didn't look good. When we arrived at what was supposed to be the place, there were people outside drinking alcohol. I don't recommend this place.

I loved having a 15 min drive to Old San Juan I love seeing graffiti all over the area! I like how nice the room looks!

Know how to communicate in Spanish or bring someone who can

Quiet neighborhood. Room was comfy. Host was excellent.

I'm a light sleeper. I could hear planes passing way to close to room but daughters slept like a rock.

We did not anticipate paying the price that we did. The owner only met us because he believed we hadn't paid in full, even though we had. The location is extremely run-down. We had to buy our own shampoo and toilet paper because we only had it for two days. From April 11 to April 16, 2024, there were no cleaning services provided. There was a dog living upstairs that barked nonstop. Dog poop covered the downstairs patio, the neighborhood's streets were littered with trash, and the residents' houses were broken.

I liked that when we left the area, we were close to downtown and could enjoy Puerto Rico's original beauty.

I chose this location again at the last minute looking towards my accommodations to the rental car and airport very close distance.

I have already mentioned the location but this night lots of dogs were being distracted so not a very good sleep. Then ordered Uber which was kind of hard to communicate and grab my order.

The host was very communicable and polite and the apartment was clean and just overall ok.

The location was not what I expected but seemed ok to stay. Also, some accommodations were not given as some hand towels or a longer mirror to check your outfits out.
