"Even though the overall stay is satisfactory but an upgrade could make the stay more enjoyable."

The apartment location is ok. There is a pasar malam nearby on saturday. The appartment is fairly clean. Quite quiet atmosphere with the exception of children playing at the swimming pool. This is still acceptable. There is a swimming pool.

No dustbin in every room except at the pantry. Bath mats not provided in every room. So after shower the room floor will get wet. Ceiling fan speed cannot be controlled and speed changed. Owner only provide one parking space. Our party came with 2 cars and we have to pay for the second parking bay. Furthermore the parking bays are almost empty during our stay. All rooms are airconditioned. But the area near pantry and TV are not. Even though there is a fan, it is still not comfortable especially during these hot spell. There is no basic Malaysian TV channels provided. We could only access YouTube.

Need to refurbish the house All the mattresses are super thin The wash basin and bathroom floor has black mold. The aircond was super noisy, unable to sleep in 1 of the room due to this
