M1 - Private and serene 1bdr 1ba ensuite shared room

If you think it's a one bedroom apartment that you have all to yourself as listed, then you are wrong, even if it was and still is listed as such (5 Dec 2024). Welcome Home!!! Items available for your use: Kitchen - 2 ceramic plates, two re-useable plastic cups, utensils and 4 bottles of water, Microwave, electric cooker, refrigerator, 2 pots, small knives for cutting vegetables and meat, 1 roll of Paper napkin. Sitting Room - Smart TV, Free WIFI services, 1 coffee maker, 2 teacups Bathroom - 1 roll of tissue paper, 2 large body cleaning towels, 2 wash towels, 2 hand towels, shampoo, liquid body wash, 1 hair dryer, 1 hand soap. Room - Smart TV, 1 pressing iron and board. Note: • If you have a kid coming with you, please move all breakable items to avoid damage. DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF ANYTHING IN THIS APARTMENT WILL ATTRACT A FEE DEPENDING ON COST OF DAMAGED ITEM. COST COULD BE UP TO $1,000 and MUST be paid prior to check out. • DO NOT ask any Neighbour any question regarding this apartment. ANY REPORT OF NOISE WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL ATTRACT $100 PENALTY. • This apartment has a very strict rule against smoking. DO NOT SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT OR THE PATIO. THIS APARTMENT IS STRICTLY FOR NON-SMOKERS. GOING AGAINST THIS HOUSE RULE ATTRACTS A PENALTY OF $100, and you will be charged in addition to your standard stay rate. • Pets are not allowed in this unit. If you understand and are in agreement to the above terms and information, please respond by stating "I AGREE". When we receive this confirmation, we will then provide you with your actual room access code to check in to your assigned room. The outside door code didn't work, so we called the manager who buzzed us in. We were missing hand towels, soap, bottled water and found only one fork, so I called the manager again. He came by and gave us each one more towel, so 2 for a 7 night stay. They were out of hand towels, which is why there was a roll of paper towels in the bathroom. We never got more forks. On the 4th day I asked about the washing machine that is listed and was told it was broken and would be informed when it was fixed. On the 6th day, I hadn't heard anything and so called again. I was then told the washer was fixed, but I could NOT use it as it was in the other bedroom. I could only go there after the express consent of the manager. So again, contrary to what the listing says and probably not an issue if you're staying 1 or 2 nights. When I read the listing/booking again on the last day, I realized it was indeed supposed to be a 1-bedroom apartment. I contacted booking.

It was peaceful

Nothing I loved everything .

The facility was very clean and offered a lot to the enjoyment of relaxation at a home setting.

The unit could have been more concealed in password choice with entry to the apartment and room.

Everything!! The place was realice and comfortable.

No smoking on balcony
