M1 - Private and serene 1bdr 1ba ensuite shared room

I liked that it was in a good neighborhood & the apartment was very nice & clean

I didn’t like that it wasn’t clear abt the apartment being a 2 bedroom that yhu had to share w/ a complete stranger yes yhu have your own room w/ a lock but i was expecting a 1 bedroom apartment w/ just me & my cousin!! & there were only 2 rolls of tissue & we booked for 3 nights & also we called about the washer & dryer & was told it wasn’t working & also that it was in the other room w/ the other guest

I loved everything about the property, but most importantly because it was a gated community and a quiet neighborhood which made me feel safe as a solo traveler and a woman.

terrible place. I do not recommend !!!The owner asked me to write a review, but if I write, I write honestly!!! 1 Firstly, when we entered, we immediately noticed when I turned on the light that the light was blinking terribly and this caused a terribly unpleasant feeling in my eyes. 2 The second thing we noticed was that the towels were dirty, as if someone had walked on them with dirty feet. it was clear that the towel had not been washed!!! or they didn't notice that they put a dirty towel, which my husband and I were very surprised about, for the first time such disgust 🤢 When I wrote to the owner he simply replied that the towel does not wash off... it is impossible to wash off... how do they allow towels with such stains to be given to guests??? Such things should only go in the bin!!! complete disrespect!!! the owner promised to return $20 for the dirty towels, in the end he simply stopped responding to messages and did not make any return although we bought our own towels, since it is terrible to use such a dirty towel, since the owner asked us to resolve the issue with the towel for a refund, but he did not return the money!!! I had to report it to the support service 3 The third point the neighbors came at 3 am because the apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms and made noise with the microwave... this was a complete disappointment. Apparently the rule of silence after 11 pm does not apply to anyone 4 The floors were also dirty and there were crumbs from food next to the bed and under the bed, it's obvious that no one cleans this place I absolutely do not recommend staying there!!!!

I didn't like the shared suite idea. I was unaware of what that was. Found out I would be sharing a kitchen, living room and dining area with strangers. I saw thought there would be towels and washcloths but only towels available. Need to bring your own because we went to Walmart to purchase. The idea of sharing dishes to cook with strangers isn't sanitary to me. I don't like that because others aren't as clean. I wasn't as pleased with having to keep calling to let me into the property by using a call box. We didn't get to do everything because of not wanting to bother the owner. We felt limited with our activities.
