I think the owner does not sleep or visit regularly. Main bedroom door has never closed. Second bedroom is very difficult to close. Second bedroom shower rose is not available Sitting room big watch (the only watch in the room in not working.

The property was clean and well maintained

The main bed was one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Great investment by the owner. The balcony was lovely, the decor was neat, Fez (property owner) was very communicative and accommodating which is highly appreciated, the tv and speakers worked perfectly, the cleaning service was also good, the complex itself was lovely and felt safe which was a huge plus - security was in the game, the pools and location in terms of views was great. Amenities were also well kept. There was also a checkers on the complex which was a lifesaver.

Only downsides experienced were the location being a little far out from things to do but not too bad. The aircon in the apartment stopped working during our stay and it was stormy so it was very cold plus our clothes wouldn’t dry. As soon as we had notified Fez, she was on it though so that is much appreciated, although this wasn’t solved by the end of our time here unfortunately as it was the complex’s problem.

Host was pleasant. Apartment finishes are modern and had everything we needed, full kitchen, iron, hairdryer etc Accessing the complex was easy - biometrics system

Directions to the unit can improved Bed in 2nd room not very comfortable

The location. Late check in was available. Fez was helpful.

Main bedroom bed was broken. Very uncomfortable. Kettle didn't work.
