The apartment itself is modern and well equipped. Comfortable, spacious and clean.

The owner failed to send out instructions on accessing keys to the property in advance. On arrival, we had challenges to gain entry via security as we could not indicate the unit number. We had to phone the owner and at first, we were informed that there was no record of the booking, where after we received an apology for an oversight. We received an e-mail with information on accessing the keys to the unit. This took quite a bit of time after a 7 hours journey. Some of the pictures on Booking.Com were a bit misleading. The actual view from this apartment was directly on the road / parking area and far from the swimming pool area etc displayed on Booking.Com

The customer service was on point and all the amenities were exactly as described. The location and apartment exceeded expectations.

Smooth communication with the own of the house, always available to answer my questions. Nice clean house, fully furnished. Will definitely come again

I wouldn't use the word "didn't like" but a piece of advice to fumigate the place and have more mosquito killer.
