"Was booked for a nice restful break and it ticked all the boxes"

The location was ideal near to the beach and eateries in walking distance - nice balcony to sit on and catch the morning sun. Nice and clean with all accessories needed and nice comfy beds. With Rye nearby and Hastings all within a short drive.

Brilliant location. Comfortable and clean. Great communication from the owners. The kids LOVED the cinema!

No toilet on the ground floor for logistics was a bit of a challenge but that was just our situation.

"Relaxing beach stay"

Such a beautiful property. Well equipped and the Christmas tree and box of treats was a lovely touch. Perfect walking distance to the beach and a short taxi ride into Rye. Thanks for a lovely stay.

"Perfect weekend getaway by the sea!"
