Location was excellent. Superb views, comfortable beds and very clean and tidy

Not much except the main door knob on the outside of the building needs repairing!

There was nothing we didn’t like

A lovely apartment, clean and well equipped in a central location. I did have to ask a question during our stay which was quickly responded to. I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment was in a very good location, was very well equipped and very clean and very spacious. There was a very nice welcome pack on arrival and the views of the lake from the living area were beautiful. It's a very lovely apartment.

The main problem we had was finding the apartment from the information provided. There were no instructions for people arriving by ferry (the directions provided were for people driving). There was a google map reference provided which we used to plan our walk from the ferry to the apartment. This proved to be inaccurate and we were unable to find the apartment and spent a very long time looking for it which was very stressful. The lockbox was also very difficult to open and we had to find help to open it. All this was very disappointing and didn't provide a good start to our holiday.

The apartment was large for the 4 of us with plenty of room. a fully functioning kitchen was helpful. The location was great in Varenna.
