Possibly the best apartment I’ve stayed in. It was super spacious and light with lovely decor. The location was perfecto!!! 😊

The location of the property was amazing and the apartment itself was spacious

The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, there was underwear from a previous occupant found behind the washing machine, and the appliances for the house did not work. When contacting the property operator we were provided with three local contact numbers to assist with the appliances. We contacted all three via wats app which was explained in the property information. Not one contact responded. We again contacted the property manager who assured us they would make contact with us and again they did not. Therefore for the whole stay, we were not able to use the appliances.

Filthy, dirty, unresponsive staff,

Our room had a beautiful lake view. The location was perfectly in the middle of town and walkable to everything. It was clean and the staff was attentive when called. The microwave and tea kettle and some lighting didn’t work. They sent a person to fix the microwave in a few hours. One bathroom upstairs that was tiny for 4 people using it.

As mentioned numerous times before, no cloths to clean kitchen or table, no washing up liquid. Forced to use dishwasher for small loads. 1 wine glass only. Only 1 thin pillow on each bed.
