La Belle Veranda Villa- 3QueenBeds/2Baths Sleeps 6-8

Didn’t have breakfast , but the food at nice guys was great wouldn’t recommend the rocafella oysters friend got sick from them

parking wasn’t available in front of property so o had to cross traffic with luggage

Kitchen was clean, modern well stocked. Master bedroom was spacious with very comfortable bed. A good sized laundry with washing powder available TV’s in each bedroom a nice addition

Cleanliness of floors needs serious attention. Towels were discovered in dryer on day 2 of our stay. Living room very small for 6 to 8 people. Living room furniture needs updating, especially sofa bed couch as the bed was very uncomfortable. Lower ground apartment was very noisy - both from people walking around in upper apartment, street noise & people using courtyard area near bedrooms at unreasonable hours of the night.

The house was big. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. The beds were cozy. The kitchen was a nice place to gather for breakfast.

Nothing negative. The neighborhood looks rough, but the neighbors stick to themselves, and we never felt unsafe.

Everything it was really nice and the location

loved everything about the place. The location was 6 blocks from St. Charles Ave. Neighbors were friendly, no problems. The area looks a little scketchy at first but it is New Orleans walk another block you will be fine. Had a very nice community patio for all the units. Very secure and the owner answered us right away for problems. Loved our stay.

Would have liked chairs on the front porch for people watching. Other then that EVERYTHING was excellent.

The property was clean. It was in a good location for the college football game and for the French Quarter. There were also plenty of restaurants and the airport was only 20 minutes away.

It is on a main street so we kept hearing the party bus go by. The parking a little cramped so if you are traveling in a group just bring 1 car.
