"We had comfortable clean beds and the back porch area was peaceful."

clean apartment and comfortable beds. close to downtown. lots of room for 4 people. we had a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms.

living room furniture uncomfortable. no baking pans. cookware was minimal. no gas in fire pit. drains in bathrooms need to be cleaned out. sirens were going off because the hospital was close by, which is good but if you have pets or babies it may bother them. parking may be free but you have to find a spot on the street.
