Exelente hotel, atención del personal e instalaciones.

Staff made this hotel. So friendly and do anything for you. Always a small on their faces. Especially Kim on reception who was excellent. Hotel's private beach was lovely, a little bit of paradise. However, it is not private to hotel guests as you get a steady visit if tourist boats dropping off tourists for up to an hour at a time.

Rooms weren't quiet. You had a choice of road facing rooms with associated road noise or rooms facing some local accommodation which housed about 4 cockerills which were very vocal and loud from 3am onwards.

The staff is excellent - they're all always here to help and always smiling, it's great! Thank YOU all! The hotel is well located - about a 2 mn walk to get to the main street. There are lots of tuktuks right in front of the hotel, lots of restaurants, a nice bakery... The "standard room" is of decent size. There's a balcony, which was really convenient. The pool area is great. Breakfast is nice - sweet & salty options, an egg station, coffee, tea, etc. Papaya Beach is GREAT, the hotel takes you there at 9am or 11am and you can come back at 2pm or 4pm. It's one of the prettiest beach in El Nido. They give you beach towels if needed.

We asked for a quiet room - which they gave us. Our room didn't face the very busy street but was still really noisy (there were dogs barking, people screaming, roosters crowing at all hours, loud music at 6am...) We didn't have ONE single night of good quiet sleep. The hotel gives your earplugs but it's not enough. On top of that, the hotel has very old AC units - We've NEVER had an AC as loud as this one. It is so bad, why not change them? Even on "sleep" or "energy saver" mode, it still is noisy. We turned it off for one night as the noise was really annoying and the room smelled really bad when we woke up (a strong humidity smell) so we never turned it off after that. The windows have blackout curtains but it's absolutely useless as they are so many lights in the room... You can see everything even when all the lights are off. Wifi is not really good.

Heel vriendelijk personeel die iedere gast bij zijn/ haar voornaam kende wat het persoonlijker maakte! Bij checking out krijg je een klein souveniertje en bananen brood om je reis verder te zetten.

Weinig opbergruimte voor kleren! Het ontbijt was lekker, maar we miste een plakje kaas of hesp.

The staff was awesome, the breakfast was great and the rooms were very well laid out and had a balcony. The pool area was very relaxing and it had a great restaurant bar right beside the pool. It was a perfect location, close to town but not in the middle of all the noise.

It was all great.
