Great. Location

Excellent location. A very spacious apartment particularly the living room and main bedroom The Lift was a bonus The parking space Lovely decor especially in the living area Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen

Both bathrooms have black mould in side the showers The outside seating area is full of weeds, the table and chairs were dirty and had to be cleaned. The main bedroom has black mould running up the wall and around the doors to the patio We stayed for 9 nights and would have expected towels and sheets to be changed. No clothes maiden to put washing on and the hangar selection and quantity

Basement apartment was expecting ground floor WiFi signal very weak speaking on phone was very poor quality of broadband very weak Dirty big footprint on bedsheet Both showers around base of shower was black mould around sealant & up on tiles Dust on lamps bases in both bedrooms dust on bulbs On patio of the bedroom weeds growing into corner of French doors all around patio & wall dirty not been cleaned outside on the patio There was a very bad odour leading to apartment down corridor didn’t smell very nice at all …

Not that I didn’t like it just the single bed wasn’t very comfortable felt like I was forever falling off maybe needs a new mattress, and could also do with a mirror in the 2nd bedroom

Having been to Whitby on several occasions it was great to have our own parking space. The property itself is in a great location, it’s in great condition and its facilities are superb

The WiFi,the WiFi and the WiFi. Never, never have I had WiFi of 2Mbps- 2, not a typo! Oh, a small thing, in all of the information about accessing the property the access code for the front door is well documented but the back door less so. It might be better to say the access codes are…

Soft furnishings were not cleaned. We had to hoover the two sofas which had hair and crumbs on them.
