le calme et la beauté du lieu très bon hammam et massage

le prix annoncé par écrit par l'hôtel pour le guide est faux (50 € au lieu des 40 € annoncés) et le guide nous fait faire une visite de trois heures (au lieu de 4 à 5h annoncés) en nous, laissant à 900 m de l'hôtel en plein milieu de la Medina. par ailleurs, le restaurant du Ryad ALMAKAN recommandé par l'hôtel n'était pas du tout de bonne qualité (brochettes de poulet et brochettes mixte ultra sèches et vraiment pas bonnes) et le plat à peine terminé extinction des lumières pour nous inciter au départ à 22h...

"Riad facil de encontrar y muy bien ubicado en la medina de Fez"

A pesar de que la medina de Fez es como un laberinto, se llega bastante fácil con el google maps y no tiene perdida. Para llegar algunas calles pueden ser solitarias y estrechas, pero no es mas de 1 minuto por ese tipo de calles. El trato del personal fue genial, el último día salíamos muy pronto hacia el aeropuerto y tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un picnic con el desayuno. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Bellissimo Riad in centro, Chaimae è stata gentilissima nel consigliarci il ristorante per la cena (ottimo) e una guida per Fes. Consiglio assolutamente questo Riad.

The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with carrying our luggage up to the room, recommending places to visit, and even showing us the closest parking area to the riad. The breakfast was very good, and the cook (I believe her name was Rapita) was very friendly and always available in case we needed anything extra.

As it is a riad, I believe the acoustics can be a bit problematic, as we were able to hear conversations coming from other rooms. Although the breakfast was delicious, I missed having non-dairy options available.

El Riad es precioso. Está situado súper céntrico dentro de la medina. La atención recibida ha sido excelente y las habitaciones son preciosas. Sin duda volvería.
