The stay was comfortable and the staff was polite and courteous. The check in and check out was smooth, the location is good

There was such a bad WIFI connection that I had to logout and take a leave because of that. I had come specifically for work and all I could do was sleep because the WiFI didnot work even after changing a room

We have told for complementary Breakfast with tea but it was being served only one day. No cleaning of rooms, water shortage in bathroom. Water not available in the morning.

No kitchen in the hotel so got no food in night. There was also water lodging and mud in front of the hotel. Charged extra taxes which was not being included while booking.
