"Minimalist ambiance yet packed with almost everything you need for a staycation"

Minimalist setting was a plus. I liked how it was packed with various stuff to make one's stay worthwhile and enjoyable - besides the streaming-capable TV. I am already considering it as my go-to for my next staycation.

Even though most of the place was spic and span, there were just some areas that required a more thorough cleaning like the grime near the CR entrance and the cockroach nymphs that suddenly appeared on the morning of my last day when I was cooking breakfast.

Convenient as it is close to shopping center and other tourist spot areas. Security personnels are very helpful.

Reception is okay but it could help if they knew more of the facilities outside the hotel

"Safe and comfortable stay."

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and polite. The in-room wi-fi stopped working during my stay, but the owner kindly responded to my request. It's very convenient for dining and shopping as SM City is right in front of the hotel.

The wait for the elevator was long.

No free breakfast can’t comment about it

If there’s a warm shower. Sorry we are not use to cold shower so my kids complained a lot. Good thing we are only there for two days
