It was a great value stay, excellent location, so clean. Didn't need to interact with staff so can't comment on this but overall a positive experience.

"Frustrated, annoying and we certainly didn't get value for money."

Location was good. Didn't have a breakfast.

Beds are awful. Terrible backache each morning. No tv for the duration, even though someone called to sort the problem. This left us frustrated and annoyed, especially when you've paid over £700. Booked an extra day too which was over £100, but we left a day early because we had enough. Also builders right outside the bedrooms, with scaffolding. Woke us up a few times. Wasn't informed about the 2 flights of stairs either. No good for elderly people/people with leg issues.
