Host & Stay - Number 3 at Pannett Apartments

The location and the facilities were great. The hosts were fab, we left 2 phone chargers and the posted them to us and even covered the costs of the postage.

Location was great and close to the town centre. We choose not to go for a B and B and the Flat had a great view over the park and all the facilities to cater for ourselves. The only downside was the typical British Weather so will most likely be back in the future

Nothing the Host and Stay team were very helpful and helped me manage my stay and rectify I mistake I made on the dates we were staying.

Only five minutes' walk from the town and the bus & railway stations. Very clean and tidy on arrival, and a comfortable flat as advertised.

The wall between the two bedrooms is very thin.

Communication before, during and after the stay was great. The apartment was clean, cosy and warm. We'll equipped and well decorated. Felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Easy arrangements for key collection which made it ok that we were a bit over the check in time.

This is an extremely tiny thing that didn't make a difference to my enjoyment and impression of the apartment atall. I couldn't bring my own coffee plunger and it would have been super to have one, (it could be that I didn't see it in the cupboard) but shops and supermarkets so close and accessible for anything like that.

The double bed seemed very small (and short) The party wall between apartments isn't soundproofed so we did hear some middle of the night noise from neighbours

How clean every room was . Nicely furnished. Nice size rooms. Very good location
