Location was great Bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent

Main bed wasn’t the best small and uncomfortable. Cushions on the sofa could do with replacing they were grubby and stained.

Location was brilliant.clean. no wine like previous clients

Stairs for my Dad.watch where u park on side road .called host and stay and was advised we could park there.got a parking fine ! Not happy . How many emails did i receive Dad's 91st and I had to keep sending emails

The apartment was cosy and the location was superb, close to the park with a great playground for our two year old. A bottle of red was a nice touch by the host.

Taps in bath don’t work properly. That was the only thing. Everything else was outstanding

The apartment has all the mod cons and great location. But it definitely feels like the little things that you get from a more personal touch are missing. Clearly Host and stay are all about the look and less about experience. The bedding was polyester and cheap and in an exceptional hot apartment made for awful nights sleep all the bedding g felt cheap like an after thought. No tea and coffee on arrival al which again is a little thing but it's the little things that make a place feel like value for money. Arriving after a long drive it's always nice to have a cup of tea and when you pay £500 for 3 nights. I don't think its too much to ask! The stairs are steep, with 3 flights and because it's top floor it was very hot. Yes it was clean with all the tech you should require, but for us I would have preferred good quality bedding, a decent nights sleep 4 chairs (one was broken and left out in the hall so 3 chairs for 4 people at dinner was a little annoying) and some completely te and coffee. Definitely a chain the personal touch is definitely missing.
