Nothing, I wanted to change room because mine was very dirty and covered in black mould and they wanted to charge me an extra.

My room was covered in black mould, it even smelled mouldy and just overall the place was not clean. I did not stay. I ended up leaving and I am still fighting for a refund.

My room was very dirty. The bathroom was covered in black mould. The humidity was the first thing that you smelled and felt when you walked in. I went to the lobby to ask for a change of room, they wanted to charge me extra. I did not want to. When I told him that I would complain to booking, then they finally decided to show me other rooms. But the other rooms were not as dirty, but as well they were dirty. At this point, I decided to open a ticket with booking and just book at another hotel.

Great value, excellent location, good size room, clean and comfortable.

Some furniture and hardware needs maintenence or repair.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber auch extrem laut durch die nahegelegene Hauptverkehrsachse Thiers - allerdings wussten wir das schon bei der Buchung. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, z.B. beim Hochtragen der Koffer in den 3. Stock (es gibt keinen Aufzug).

Die Handtücher waren alt und zerschlissen, ansonsten war alles im Zimmer in Ordnung.
