Spacious close to sea front had advertised amenities

Should be clear it's NOT family, disabled or elderly friendly! four flights of stairs to get into the apartment and the two additional bedrooms are in the attic which the stairs to the attic were very steep with a small step! The windows in lounge open from the bottom out and have no restrictors and are in my opinion very dangerous! When the toilet is flushed the water pressure is non existent so you have to wait to wash your hands or shower, when the shower works it's decent enough but very cramped.

Short walk to seafront, very quiet, well maintained. We got earlier entry, which I appreciated.

Two of the bedrooms were up a ladder like stairs in the room space with no windows ,we are all over 60 and it did t show any pics or mentioned this before getting there, it meant we all had to use one bed and the couch as there was no way we could climb those stairs

Location was perfect, was good having a wee garden for the dog, reasonably priced, felt safe. Good communication & Prompt to come and assist when the hob wasn't working. Dog permitted was great.

Beds uncomfortable, boiler in downstairs room was noisy. Watered down soap and fairy liquid not great. Could've been better cleaned and fresher smelling on arrival. Decorated nicely but doors/handles all ill fitting, holes in walls, damp stains. We also felt that it was missing the usual bare minimums of milk, tea, coffee, shower gel - bath sheets instead of small bath towels would also be better. I wish it was also made clearer in the advertising that this is a 2nd floor flat and the garden space is shared.
