Muy comoda, confortable y amplia la casa para nuestro grupo familiar de adultos y niños. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado y la ubicación extraordinaria. 100% recomendable.

EMPRESA ADMINISTRADORA DESLEAL COM SEUS HOSPEDES. Alguns pontos negativos: 1. Nao pudemos utilizar as áreas externas da casa uma vez que estava em manutenção de pintura, sendo que todas as janelas e portas foram forradas com plastico, durante todo periodo da nossa estadia. Estranhamente isso nao foi aviso no ato da reserva. 2. Cobrança indevida e ilegal de uma multa por uma pequena mancha no carpete de um dos quartos, identificada pela empresa de limpeza, apos a nossa saida. Fato é que a maior probabilidade é dessa mancha ter sido causada pelo spray da pintura da fachada ou algum produto químico utilizado pela empresa de limpeza e nao pelos ocupantes que nao utilizam quaisquer materiais como esses. 3. Morosidade na comunicação para resolução dos problemas acima citados. MANAGEMENT COMPANY UNFAIR TO ITS GUESTS. Some negative points: 1. We were unable to use the outdoor areas of the house due to painting work, and all windows and doors were covered with plastic throughout our stay. Strangely, this was not mentioned at the time of booking. 2. Unfair and illegal charging of a fine for a small stain on the carpet in one of the rooms, identified by the cleaning company after our departure. The fact is that this stain was most likely caused by spray paint on the facade or some chemical product used by the cleaning company, not by the occupants, who do not use any such materials. 3. Slow communication to resolve the aforementioned issues.

The property location is awesome. Very close to the Walmart and Disney parks.

The property wasn’t properly maintained or cleaned. It was possible to see some hair and food on the carpet. The bed stands were broken on the guest bedroom, making me put the mattress on the floor.

The house was clean

Not much to say but I will be honest - Mattresses were good and there is television in all the rooms.

There were less towels then the number of people we were there for 8 nights. We didn't even had the Trash Bags, Washing Liquid/PODS, Paper Towels and very less plates as well. We had to go to near stores and Walmart first before even settling down. Dinning Table chair are not at all comfortable. Refrigerator is not working properly and even the ice dispenser in it that to in this crazy summer. There was no Hair Shampoo, Body Wash for 9 people for 8 nights, I can't believe it. Just the basic stuff wasn't there.

The location of the property was off of a very congested road making getting in and out a little difficult. The parking on property was horrible. Cars were parked everywhere, making traveling down streets within the property tough
