The location, the house layout, the spacious kitchen and counter.

The limited towers, not per guests expected, there was only 6 when I clearly specified we were 8 and a child. A lot of rules in terms of cleaning when the carpets where not as clean to the point they didn't want shoes on it and we still follow the rules.

so much conditions at check out. and the deposit is charged in your credit card and refund to you 7 days after your stay. take that into consideration.
