The staff and host were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn't know Japanese or English. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning before going skiing at Happa One. I also am appreciative that they drove us to the skiing resort and picked us up after. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. They were nice and warm after a day of skiing. I also met other wonderful people at the hostel. I would highly recommend staying at the place.

The first night after getting off the train station, I had to walk about ten minutes to the hostel as it was a little bit away from the train stop. I also didn't know the first night they would take people to 7-11, as it was the only place to have dinner as there were no restaurants nearby. They also are willing to cook dinner if you let them know ahead of time, unfortunately I didn't know the first night. I ended up walking to 7-11, which wasn't a big problem.

HAKUBA76は、これまで宿泊した中で最高の民宿でした。 オーナーの方はとても親切で、白馬に到着した初日には駅まで迎えに来てくださり、さらに無料でお部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。 館内の設備も非常に充実しており、使い捨てのアメニティもすべて揃っていて、ホテル並みの設備だと感じました。本当に手ぶらで宿泊できる民宿です。 また、ジムやゲーム機もあり、滞在中の空き時間も楽しく過ごせました。 オーナーのお母様もとても優しく親しみやすい方で、毎朝声をかけてくださり、美味しい朝食をいただきました。 コストパフォーマンスが非常に高い民宿だと思います。 次回白馬にスキーに来る際も、ぜひまたこちらに宿泊したいです。

The place is big, have dry room, breakfast is good and is clean.

The staff communication, before and after our stay, we tried several times to communicate with the staff using all the ways provided by booking.com, and in only the messaging they replied, but it was after such a long time (talking about weeks, even months).

The breakfast was good, the host was nice and it had a gym.

The place is a bit far from Happo-one, but the host is willing to drive you there. You sleep with a lot of people but it is fine if no one snores...

Included transport to and from local ski resorts. Breakfast and very helpful staff 👌
