Really nice hostel with amazing facilities and super super clean. The host are so kind and welcoming.

The location was a bit away from Hakuba town which was a bit of a logistics issue, but the host run everyone to the ski field of choice each morning and pick you up at the end of the day also, and stop the car at 7-11 on the way home so you can buy food

Al and his mum both try really hard to look after everybody that stays there. Al took us all to the ski resort we wanted every morning and picked us up at 4pm, stopped at 7/11 on the way back so we could grab food. It was very helpful!

Great atmosphere and the owners are super helpful, driving guests to the ski fields and picking them up daily. Plenty of showers, good drying room for ski gear.

Initially I thought it would be difficult being out of town but the owners were happy to drive us and pick us up for the daily activities so it wasn't an issue

Great atmosphere, clean, Allan is a homie and really cares about your experience. He’s down to give people rides to different ski hills each day. Facilities are all newer and they have everything you would need. Mama will take care of your domestic needs. Breakfast is solid and reasonable price. Use Chinese traditional on translator to communicate. Can’t wait to come back.
