No heating no hot water no means of cooking. Carbon monoxide alarm constantly going off. Owner answered one call but then nothing! Didn’t even stay one night

Beyond the control of the owners but we were expecting some of the promoted community facilities to be open and weren’t warned about everything being closed. Not that it greatly affected our stay but my kids were looking forward to using the indoor pool and I chose this property because of its close vicinity to the aforementioned facilities. So perhaps better communication about what is open and closed. Also, having to pay extra for WiFi is not something we’re used to with other similar properties.

GBLocation is perfect. Swimming pool it's just a 10 meters from property. Nice stay. Will recommend.
Some damage to the door in one of the bedrooms, but is from someone else. Didn't effect the stay. Cleaning all good around the area, but the flor in the kitchen was very dirty. We was wearing white socks, they turn in to a black.
GBBeen a lot of times to Coopers Beach and the food is good but a little expensive.Entertainment complex is great for our 3 year old grandson.

GBGBCaravan is in a perfect location for people with kids or with mobility issues as it is near to play park and opposite entrances to the shop, clubhouse, arcades and the pool. Also right near the seafront. Nice caravan overall, it was clean and nicely decorated. Excellent for parking.
Caravan had some damage to bedroom doors from previous guests, which was a little unsightly but it did not effect our stay.
GBIt had two toilets
There was a hair in the bed, not sure if bedding was changed looked dirty. Bath mat and hand towel were soaking wet when we arrived at 10:30pm. One of the bedroom doors looks like it had been kicked and punched, including the wall at the bottom. Front door was broken at the bottom so kept sticking. Door handle on the shower room is loose and moved up and down managed to get myself locked in for a bit. One of the single beds weirdly has a cupboard built over it so it literally comes out over the bed at the end (I would say maybe a foot off the bed). Not much room for a travel cot.
