Multiple issues when we arrived. Contacted owner to be rectified but just got ignored. Then was ignored our whole stay. And things just kept getting worse. Our last night the gas run out so no heating, hot water, or dinner, due to everything being gas you’d think they’d have a back up?? No. And nothing in place to fix that when it does happen. Would not recommend and trying to get a refund as I am not paying for an awful experience.

Bed has been used a lot by “heavy” people. Toilet door latch broken, so every member of my family managed to get stuck.
GBThe aesthetics of the caravan is nice and there was ok cooking equipment, no chopping board Parking directly outside but will be asked to move by park workers
It wasn't cleaned Our 3 year old found cocaine , we then found weed and a crack pipe. There was mouldy food in the fridge Mouldy clothes in the washing machine It rocked massively Maggots in the bin which was hidden under the caravan , which clearly belongs in the kitchen. Joint butts found throughout as well cigarettes WiFi and tv connection doesn't exist. Unless you connect your personal hot-spot Master bedroom stinks of damp No basic essentials provided Shower head leaks Many broken or lose parts Trying to get in touch with the owner is impossible. Raised all concerns from the moment of finding and ended up having to go up to head reception Asked us to ask the park to provide alternative accommodation, which isn't for their accountantabilty. Asked us to leave at gone 5pm in the evening which we was unable to do so. Asked us then to stay past check out time. Which we did but didn't arrive untill after we left They have cameras around the caravan so could see we waited. Still awaiting correspondence for even a compensation which has been on going for over a week
