"Exceptional"

Everything was amazing. Especially the prices as compared to bombay city.

Nothing. Everything was great. You just need to aware about the stairs there..it can be quite difficult if you have problem in leg otherwise everything was exceptional.

"Decent stay close to IIT for a day"

Location close to IIT. Clean room and bathroom. Free wifi.

AC did not work. Room was super small. There was no name on the outside of the building so it was hard to find. Stairs were steep, risk of slipping and falling.

The rooms and toilets were clean. AC was working

This property is overpriced and they refused to give water which is a basic need for human beings. Also the rooms were too congested for 2 person.

Rooms are very very small.. room is a size of 1 double bed size only.. and shared bathrooms and in attached bathroom also size of room is same.
