ZEST STAYS - IIT

They gave me towel and room and bathroom were not too bad in terms of cleanliness.

no breakfast was included even if it was said it is included during the booking time. This seems like the biggest let down. Also, the AC was making a lot of noise. The bathroom didn't have a vent. The room air circulation was not great and it felt claustrophobic, although this was a 'big' room with 4 beds and just me in it. Imagine what it might be for small rooms with no ventilation!!

Steps of the hotel it's not possible to carry luggage.not for adult person. Place was not safe for woman. Manger was rude. While booking it's not clearly mentioned that bathroom is not available..after booking when I reached with difficulties they told me washroom charges..Charged 400 extra.. Steps are very bad.. Location n pictures are totally different. It was not what was mentioned in advertisement

it's not Hotel it's just 6x8 cotage, no windows, no breakfast on time, no facilities

everything apart from cleanliness, no water in bathroom, every time they fill tank when you have half bath or use toilet flush

Bed linen was so smelly and unhygienic, bath towel too Curtains are dirty, online price is 450 but manager demands more money they had charged 640 rupees, manager said 12 % taxes are applicable but in the invoice there is GST details, this is very unprofessional and fraud to extract more money from guest
