The apartment is compact but there is enough space for two people. Bed was very comfortable. The shower/wc room was adequate and ideal to have the washing machine. The kitchen area was big enough to make meals if required.

The outside area could do with a bit of a tidy, especially the flooring. If it was mine I’d be inclined to have a long narrow table attached to the balcony railing with chairs so you could sit outside and eat, that’s not a dislike though, just a suggestion.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center or the beach, which made it very convenient for exploring all the main attractions. The apartment itself was clean and beautifully designed, offering stunning views that made our mornings even more special. What really stood out to me was the host—extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, central, and enjoyable stay.

Large balcony. Interesting design. The host was very nice and friendly. Ready to help on any issues. Great communication from booking to end of stay.

Too small, not suitable for 3people. Very small kitchen. The complex was big and even with 4 lifts, we had to wait more than 10 minutes to get into the lift as they were coming already full.

It was very close to the centre and amenities. It is an uphill walk from the harbour, walking to the start of the promenade/harbour is about 7 minutes walk ( a slow walk ) you will find plenty of places to eat and drink around this area a older building are 3 streets back.. A supermarket for supplies was literally 3 mins walk away. The bus tram stop for the airport was only 3 minutes up from the apartment and ran every 20 minutes and would highly recommend that for getting to and from the airport it drops right outside departure and arrivals- number C6 . €3.85 each person cash or card. The view from the balcony was facing north out towards the mountains, which was stunning, it was very quiet at night even on a weekend. Some toiletries were available to use shampoo and shower gel, liked the touch of supplying a tea towel, cloth and washing up liquid. The bath towels were a good size and thick . There were 2 beach towels and a beach umbrella available to use. There is also a washing machine we didn't use it but possibly would have if we stayed longer. We commented that we would have appreciated an extra pillow and that evening when we came back there was additional 2 left on the bed. The air conditioning was brilliant, when we stayed there was a mini heat wave. Although it was a small apartment we would stay again.

Not having a safety deposit box to put passports etc safely away . The seating area outside in my opinion lacked finesse. There was a dining chair and bench which rocked a little when you sat down, no table to put your drink or food. The clothes airier could perhaps do with updating.

I appreciate the perfect contact with the host who did his best to make our stay in Alicante unforgettable, even he let us stayed longer after check out for free. The room is extremely clean, with all devices needed, very close to the center of Alicante, in nice modern building.
