Excellent location. Great for a short stay.

The flat is small, but quite comfortable. There were three of us staying there for a week and it was fine. The location is perfect - very close to Plaza de Luceros. The check in and check out are very easy, with clear instructions from the host. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Although it is tiny, it has everything you might need - apart from plates, cups, and cutlery, there are also pots and pans, chopping boards, and other utensils. It was good to see a coffee maker there, together with ground coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, etc. In the bathroom there was shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels and a hair dryer. Basically, everything was provided and the host was also available and ready to answer any questions.

Our stay in Alicante was too short 🙃

From the moment we booked this to the end of our stay, our host kept us fully updated. We had excellent views from our room and it had everything that was needed for our stay. We only stayed for 3x nights and could not have expected anything better for the money. A 5min walk to the seafront in one direction .. and a 5min walk to the market in another. We would 100% recommend this place and definitely rebook if we visited Alicante again.

There is nothing that can be said with regards to disliking this place. If you do not want a great host .. great views .. a central location and value for money, then this is not the place for you.

Location View

I would like to thank the owners of these apartments for their hospitality. Great apartment with a great location. Gorgeous view from the window of the 15th floor. The apartment was in perfect order, clean bed linen and towels. There are 2 beers and a bottle of cold water in the refrigerator. There are coffee, tea, salt in the cupboard. Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There are beach umbrellas on the balcony. This is the first time I have seen such concern for tourists. Others should follow your example! The owner is always in touch 24/7 From the apartments to the sea it is a 15-minute walk along a beautiful alley with palm trees. There is a supermarket in the next building. We will definitely come back again. This apartment is ideal for 2-3 people. Thank you, I hope we'll come back again)

There was not enough mosquito fumigator(( or recommendations for purchase. We first realized this when the children were already bitten by mosquitoes(

Very good location, in the city center, few minutes by walk to the old town. Bus stop for the airport is very close. Apartment is small but there is everything you need, mini kitchen, bathroom, terrace.

Wifi was very slow
