Заселили нас раньше, что очень и очень помогло после сложной дороги. Завтрак включен не был, расположение хорошее, спору нет, но вокруг разбитые совсем тротуары старого города и надо быть очень аккуратным. И нет освещенияя совсем на тротуарах в темное время суток. Понравилась в целом, комната, удобно все расположено, хотя столик маловат. По чистоте нареканий нет. Окна выходят на тихую улочку, достаточно мало машин, это приятно.

Есть небольшие, но все же важные нюансы: лейка в душе совершенно не держалась , ее плоская часть с отверстиями, вывалилась при первой попытке включения, получается совсем неудобный шланг с просто льющейся из расширенного отверстия водой и без особого напора. И второй момент, который, не сразу выявился. Слив в унитазе заедал и в один прекрасный момент в сливе не оказалось воды, я сразу позвонила даме администратору и получила указание поднять тяжёлую фарфоровую крышку и поправить пластиковый язычок бачка. Вся процедура совсем не прияьна, разве сложно починить сантехнику, это же совсем недорого. И фен перестал работать почти сразу. На кухне слабо грела микроволновка, даже на самом максимуме мощности. Так и не смогла толком нагреть тарелку супа.

The family who runs this guest house is so nice and very helpful. The amenities are great with a kitchen and laundry available. I liked that the location was quiet and an easy walk or bus ride to most places in the city. I had a great stay and would highly recommend!

La stanza era pulita,con aria condizionata e dava su un cortile per la massima tranquillità. Bagno in comune che sapevo da dividere solo con un altra camera.frigo al piano.10 Min a piedi dalla stazione.

Materasso troppo morbido e se avete tanto bagaglio la camera è al primo piano.

It's close to the railway station, so easy to reach if you travel by train or come from the airport. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from city center. Many markets and bakeries in this area. The room is clean and comfy. Only 2 rooms share a bathroom, so it almost feels like a private one.

It would be better if there were a small table in the kitchen. I bought a watermelon, but found it hard to find a place to cut it open.

Clean and very well run guesthouse in a pretty street. Full check-in details were sent the day before, so arriving late at night was no problem. The room and kitchen were well equipped and the host was lovely. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for our last day in Tbilisi. Really liked the cozy comfy vibes of the stay. The room was super clean. It had a little kitchen attached which was really convenient for us. The host Ketevan was extremely sweet and kind. I loved the location too. Quiet and residential and near to shops.
