Number 9

I chose this place as I wanted something near the Railway Station and something cheaper as I didn't stay for 2 nights out of 5 nights booked. (1 night I did a trip out of Tbilisi and stayed elsewhere and just wanted to leave the bulk of my luggage in the room, and the other, I just needed late check-out as I was taking the overnight train to Armenia). Room was decent sized and decently clean.

Bath is difficult as the shower is before the sink and toilet, so, can be wet and slippery. Road is dark, unit is little hard to find. Host was not there at specified arrival time and noone picked up the call, so I felt unsafe in the dark street late at night with no way to reach the host. But someone came along shortly and we communicated in hand gestures. My room was right next to the shared kitchen, so you can use it for cooking but somehow though, I just didnt enjoy the stay. The pics are correct, but look better than they feel. Cheap and near railway - but it is just exactly that, so I cant complain but also, just not enjoyable.

The owner

the location was good. It's not very central, but not so far away that you can't take transport or a taxi. Even walking, but further. It also had a kitchen, the room was relatively well distributed.

Lots of noise. Any movement they make outside your room you will hear as if they were making it next to your bed. So I slept badly every night. Noise in the bathroom and kitchen. Not to mention that the kitchen is tiny, and the stove doesn't work (it takes forever to cook something there). It only has 1 bathroom for all the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great staff, kind and helpful. Shared kitchen. Good location to get food, fruits, vegetables, traditional bread. 20 minutes from the city center by walk. Thanks
